Property Managers

Preston and Sandie Shepherd help find tenants for about 25 properties throughout Douglas County. Most of our clients prefer to "self-manage", but they hire us to help find qualified tenants. We will do the advertising (on multiple local and national web-sites), show the property, administer the Application and Lease, do background and credit checks, do walk-throughs, and collect the Security Deposit. For this service, we charge 1/2 a month's rent plus $100 for Advertising.
